Meet Carly Reynolds: Founder of Interior Shrine.

After spending 15 years in the public sector, Carly yearned for something more creative & rewarding. She decided to pursue her lifelong love for interior design and qualified with The Interior Designers Hub.

In 2022, she launched Interior Shrine by Carly, where she creates stunning spaces that complement modern lifestyles. Carly's passion for merging vintage and contemporary elements whilst preserving original period features is evident in her work.

Carly lives in Bedfordshire with her husband and two children. She offers interior design services in-person and online, covering Beds, Cambs, Herts and beyond.

Step 1 - Design Consultation

Before we begin any interior design project, we always conduct a Design Consultation either in person or online. During this meeting, we will delve deeply into your interiors project.

We'll cover the following topics:

• Your family, lifestyle and personal preferences
• How you utilise the space and at what times of day
• Any issues you are currently facing with your current setup
• Your desired colour scheme, style and theme
• The ambiance you are hoping to achieve
• Your objectives for the space
• Your budget and timeline

Additionally, we will take the opportunity to conduct a site survey, which includes taking measurements, photographs, and sketching rough floor plans. If you are satisfied with the suggestions we provide during this consultation, we can begin working on your project right away.

Step 2 - The Concept

Setting the Tone for Your Interior.

Developing a concept is all about conveying the desired mood and atmosphere of the interior. Based on our initial interior design consultation, we'll collaborate to establish a colour scheme and overarching theme for the targeted rooms. To better visualise our direction, we'll employ samples and mood boards. Throughout the design process, we'll rely on the concept to guide us toward the desired end goal. We won't proceed until you're fully satisfied with the concept.

Step 3 - Detailed Design

Transforming Dreams into Reality!

This is where the fun begins – turning your vision into a tangible reality! We will take your design concept and colour scheme and create a detailed interior design plan. Our services include sourcing furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories to bring your vision to life. We also have a trusted supplier list for bespoke furniture pieces. You'll receive floor plans and 3D renders to help you visualise the finished design, and we'll ensure that all furniture fits comfortably within your space. Please note that 3D plans are available for an additional fee on top of your chosen package.
